I know nothing about you. Generally, this community can help you with art. You are an adult. If you are not well, talk to a medical professional (the ones with an actual degree).
And when you do, you need to provide context to what you say. For example: "Recently, my gallbladder is removed from surgery hospital.." is important background information if you are in pain...
